This is Miss Nina. She was rescued from a high-kill shelter in South Carolina. She is about 11 months old. We think she has some Aussie or maybe pit in her. She has a stocky little build and beautiful eyes, one brown, one blue! This poor girl was not feeling well when she first arrived to Buffalo with mange, from living in the stressful conditions at the shelter. It was treatable thankfully, she underwent treatment, and now she is all better and ready for a home! Since she basically spent a portion of her puppy hood in a shelter, she is a little shy when meeting new people. However, once she gains your trust, she is yours forever! She loves to romp around and play, she struts her stuff when she has her favorite toys! She loves to play with other dogs. She is also a love bug who will snuggle up on you for a nap! She needs to find a home that understands she is special. and needs someone with patience, and who will allow her to come around when she is ready, which will not take long. She needs an experienced dog owner, that lives in a calm house, with not young children. This little angel is well worth it!

MINI
Mini is an adorable pint sized kitty! She is approximately 5-6 months old and ONLY weighs 2.5 lbs. She is going to be a little tot! She was rescued by us from a kill shelter in Kentucky, formerly named Ying Yang at the shelter. She was one of the lucky ones to get a second chance at being someone's forever pet. Mini is very, very sweet...will cuddle and purr like a motor. She has a dainty personality as well. She is more laid back and plays gentle. She gets along great with other kitties. Due to her tiny size, we don't think she should go to a home with younger children. We believe she is part Burmese..

CARLY
Carly is a loving three year old cat. She is fixed and up to date on her shots. She loves to snuggle and purrs a lot. She will lay with you in bed and just purr the whole time so you know she is a happy cat. Carly likes to find little hidey spots and stay there for hours. She interacts well with all dogs young and old, she is also good around children! Her previous owner had to surrender her to us do to unfortunate cirumstances. Now she is staying at a foster home until someone can give her a permanent one! Please give Carly a chance!
BUDLEY
Budley is an very handsome one year old kitty that was rescued by us when Budley was only a couple months old. He was thrown out of a car and dumped on the side of the street. He was adopted and since then the family has also adopted a dog in which Budley is often played too rough with. The family feels that he may enjoy a home in which there is not a rough dog to bother him. If you are interested in adopting this handsome boy, please fill out an application today! How can you resist that face?!?!
Orchard
Orchard is currently being rescued from a kill shelter in Kentucky. He will be making his way to Buffalo in the beginning of February!
Here is Orchard's shelter description:
My name is Orchard, a gorgeous long-haired orange and white boy kitty, and I think they said I'm two years old! I have a story that's very sad! My owner moved and the landlord wouldn't let him keep me. Then my owner went into the hospital and even though he's very worried about me, I still have to stay here. But I'm very scared because there are far too many kitties here and the shelter volunteers are very worried. We kitties are very good at picking up on these vibes so I'm worried too (and still sad about my owner having to leave me). Anyway, I'm very sweet and I love to be brushed and petted and have a fuss made over me. Won't you take me to your home and love me? I'll love you back and we could live happily ever after and stuff like that! Please don't be too long, because I don't know how much time they can give me!
Love, Orchard
Zazzles
This little cutie Zazzles is being rescued from a kill shelter down south. She will making her way to the Buffalo area in the beginning of February. Well... we know that she will find a lovely forever family, here in Buffalo! So please if you want to give this adorable girl a second chance at being in a family, contact us today for an application or go to our website at www.speakingoutforanimals.org for a link to our application.
