OUR MISSION
Our mission is to get as many homless cats and dogs off the streets, out of shelters and into loving homes as we can. We are dedicated to spreading awareness of all forms of animal exploitation including circuses, fur and factory farms, puppy mills and animal experimentation. We feel that it is important to speak out for all animals that are being abused, mistreated, and denied freedom and love. It is important to extend our love and compassion to all life.

Our view of animals...

As a society, we have betrayed our moral obligations towards animals. Animals on factory farms, fur farms, labs, circuses, zoos, aquariums, and race tracks, are denied everything natural to them and are treated in ways that would horrify the average person. Animals are being beaten daily, kept in severe confinement, being skinned alive and having there bodies being mutilated daily, without pain medication! How can we justify this cruelty on a daily basis? They are guilty of nothing. We should know that the suffering of another being is more important than satisfying our wants. We owe them a merciful life, and death. If we cannot do something humanely with out degrading both creatures and ourselves we should not do it at all.
We hope people can open their eyes to the tragedy these  animals endure. All animals are endowed with the same will to live as us. Society is tainted in seeing them as mere machines made up of instincts and reflexes, with no heart or soul. In reality they are sentient beings that feel pain, joy, fear, and strive for a natural, free life. If people took the time to learn about them they would discover they are creatures of marvelous complexity, beauty and mystery who deserve our respect and compassion. The senses and accomplishments of animals far surpass that of humans, and we should be in awe of their capabilities.
We hope people can learn to respect, live with and appreciate these extraordinary beings. We hope people can extend their compassion to all living creatures; we all have fundamental value, and a desire to live. We hope people will educate themselves about animals, and discover how truly fascinating they are.

Speaking Out For Animals, Inc
"We must fight against the spirit of unconscious cruelty with which we treat the animals.  Animals suffer as much as we do.  True humanity does not allow us to impose such sufferings on them.  It is our duty to make the whole world recognize it.  Until we extend our circle of compassion to all living things, humanity will not find peace.
~Albert Schweitzer, The Philosophy of Civilization
We are a 501(c)3 tax exempt non-profit organization in Clarence, NY. We, the founders of the organization, Allison Ramunno and Kelly Ganzenmuller , started this organization out of our love for animals and our awareness of their crisis. The organization is run by ourselves, with only a few wonderful volunteers. We are trying our best to help control the cat overpopulation problem by rescuing cats/kittens, having them fixed, vaccinated and then carefully adopting each cat into a loving home. Depending on the circumstance, we will also take in dogs/puppies.
We rely on the communities donations to cover our medical bills, food, litter, beds, toys etc. Caring for rescued animals is extremely expensive. We plan on opening a shelter in Clarence by next year. Of course this will only be possible with the help of the your donation. All donations go 100% towards the care and vet bills for every animal. We are trying our best but we cannot do this without your support! Each and every dollar makes a difference.
